If windy: go to step 4. 3. undefined: If no air flow: rotate the icing fan by hand. If sticky: replace the fan motor. 4. undefined: Measure voltage at CON3 pin 12 to pin 9. Expected: 12V. If not 12V: replace Main PCB. 5. undefined: Measure fan control signal at CON3 pin 10 to pin 9. Expected: 0V to 5V.
